Mr. Massimo Grisafi.
The face of Lyme Productions , the young entertainment company which continues to grow in popularity weekly. Mass and his Lyme productions team throw some of the best parties in the city! My advice is remember this face and become this mans friend, because he is taking his company to new heights and you want to be there to party with him! Check out the Lyme website to view a list of their weekly & special events. And if your not busy December 23, stop by Cheval and wish Mass a Happy 22nd Bday.
I had the pleasure of photographing Mass' press kit, and it was the first time I met him and I have to say, this man is a class act and an awesomely fun dude. The shoot took place @ Tryst nightclub, which was dimly lit at the time so I decided to go for a dark, sophisticated look. I think Mass pulled it off for his very first press kit. Most of you who know Mass may be familiar with his consistent smile, but after all, he is turning 22 so we took an edgy business approach to the shoot. I'm sure you'll catch him smiling at all of his parties!!!
Keep doing your thing Mass, your headed in the right direction!
Check out a few of his photos.

Anjay
Anjay!!! The other day I photographed a good friend of mine, who just happens to have a beautiful voice, and is coincidentally linked to another good friend of mine DJ M Kutz (scroll down to see his press kit). Anjay asked me to photograph her press kit, and I did not hesitate. Check out Anjay's myspace to listen to her new single, "Let Me Be" produced by DJ M Kutz, and CLICK HERE to see the rest of the press kit photos.
Here are a few photos from the shoot.

DJ M Kutz Photoshoot Numero 2!!!
I know M Kutz has been waiting for these...
We took an afternoon off, drove down to Queen St and shot at some locations that we have had in mind for a while now. I must say they came out much better than I expected, M Kutz was a pro the second time around. He needed very little direction, in fact I think he should seriously consider modeling full time instead of DJ-ing.
It was a fun day, it rained at first and M Kutz forgot a key hat that would complete his outfit, so we were determined to find the perfect hat, unfortunately luck wasn't on his side! His size was out of stock in every hat that he liked, so we decided to improvise, and it worked out for the better! On our way to our third location lady luck decided to pay us a visit and we found another store, hopped inside and found a hat that would compliment a different outfit. Everything happens for a reason.
DJ M Kutz just released his new mix tape, if you have the chance, download it here, burn it to a CD and play it at home, in your car, or on your ipod! Trust me, you will not be disappointed, his sound and style are very different and fresh.
Enjoy the pics, and enjoy his mix!!!

Carly & Danny - Engagement
It's been a while since my last post, I have been extremely busy but stay tuned because I have a few posts that will soon be revealed!!!
Carly and Danny, what can I say about these two??? I love these guys! I went to high school with Carly and now she is getting married!!! She couldn't have picked a cooler guy. These two are perfect for each other, fun, loveable, and sexy, what a perfect mix.
Their wedding is scheduled for Valentines Day, next year. It promises to be a day full of surprises, romance and pure entertainment, I can't wait!
On that note, I leave you with just a few of my favourite pictures from their engagement shoot.
Enjoy,
Julian

Lisa, Derek & My Birthday
I just celebrated my birthday over the weekend, and I have to say it was amazing. I kept it simple this year, nothing crazy, just wanted to celebrate with the people who mean the most to me in my life and you know who you are. I would like to thank one person in particular for going above and beyond my expectations, making my birthday one of my most memorable ones to date. You are amazing!!!
I Photographed a wedding recently for a fellow photographer and good friend of mine, Rick Resnedes. Lisa & Derek, What a great couple!!! I have seen a lot of couples and each couple is great in their own way, but Derek and Lisa have a unique bond that makes you feel good to be around. Even their bridal party was AMAZING!!!!
Here are a few pics from the Wedding.
Thanks for reading,
Ps. Stick around and listen to the music. I think music can completely effect your mood, and inspire your creativity and emotions, so scroll down and go through my current play list and choose whichever song you want to listen to while surfing through my blog. Every so often I will update my play list with my most recent inspiring and beautiful tunes.

John & Connie #2 & A very quick update
I just couldn't resist! I had to put up a few more pics from John & Connie's wedding, just because I love the pics and I love them...I felt as if I captured some beautiful moments, and to me that is what its all about. I also promised them that I would have some pics up by the time they returned from their honeymoon and sure enough I had them up before they left. So this is for them.
Summer is over and a new season is here, it's that time again. Time to reflect on the season and look into the future. This summer I made some good progress. Taking it a few steps forward and continuously learning because knowledge is power and it leads to wisdom. I had my rough moments this summer, which include uncertainties about various decisions but ultimately I am extremely happy. I do not want to live life with regrets and I want to move forward one step at a time with a few occasional leaps ahead when the opportunity presents itself, and until it does I am just going to enjoy the ride.
I love everyone who drops in to view my blog, it truly means a lot. I encourage you to tell your friends and families to come in and take a look and while you are here, leave a comment.
I realized how much I enjoy capturing priceless MOMENTS with my photographs, while being able to express my artistic abilities. To me that is the greatest pleasure of photography! I like to consider myself a lifestyle photographer. Every individual or couple encompasses their own personal lifestyles and I find it thrilling to be able to capture their lifestyle through my photographs. Pictures make people happy and my job is to ensure their happiness and in turn their happiness makes me happy.
I am going to stop rambling on because it is 2:40 in the morning. I guess I just wanted every one who reads this blog to get to know me a little bit more. I don't just want you to come here and look at the pictures, I want you to know that their is more to a photograph that I take. A simple moment can contain a world of happiness. Make the simple things count!
ps. I just got an iphone....AMAZING!!!
THANKS FOR READING, and now I will leave you with a few more photos from John & Connie's wedding.

Sofia
I finally had a chance to do a photo shoot for my sister Sofia. I guess it's true what they say, "The shoe makers child goes barefoot." (Not sure if that is exactly how it is said, but you get the idea) My mother has been asking me to do this for a while now and I finally had some extra time so I took both of them to the beaches and we spent the day together.
Enjoy
Julian
I think this is such an awesome photo. I love the way they are looking at each other.
